AMBASSADORS
The Ambassador’s mission is to help shape the Chamber’s next generation of business community leaders. This exclusive group of business professionals serves as advocates for the Chamber and the business community. Together, they learn the internal operations of the Chamber and work with the Board of Directors to increase membership involvement, recruitment and retention and events.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
The Chamber evaluates the needs of San Anselmo with the Council, Town Staff and local businesses, exploring business potential, using such tools as:

• Marketing (assessment of marketing opportunities and target market)
• Information Management (collection and management of information from one or more sources and the distribution of that information to one or more audiences)
• Customer Service (the provision of service to customers before, during and after a sale)

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
San Anselmo Chamber of Commerce assists the Town in the development and maintenance of the economic vitality necessary to provide jobs, housing, safe & attractive neighborhoods and a well maintained infrastructure.

MEMBERSHIP
Develop and retain membership through recruitment and communications with members, and bring added value to current and future members.  Promote new membership in the Chamber, as well as develop programs that add value to existing member benefits. 

TOURISM
Chamber staff and volunteers work together to promote visitor spending in San Anselmo's hotel, restaurants and our unique business community.  We work with the Marin County Visitors' Bureau (MCVB) allowing San Anselmo recognition in several local publications. The MCVB distributes the Chamber's Destination San Anselmo guide in nearly 1,500 sites throughout California. The committee maintains the Chamber's website resulting in more than 10,000 hits per month.  

WOMEN IN BUSINESS (WIB)
Create an environment where women inspire women to achieve success in business through education, networking and building strong relationships.  The annual conference provides strong leadership, educational workshops and networking.
